“" What exactly have I just signed myself up for?" is running through my mind as I walked in the front door. The only floating I'd done was at Sandhollow. Let me just tell you, hands down one of the most relaxing spaces in southern Utah!!! The young gal at the front desk was so patient with me answering all my questions and making sure I knew what to expect and what to do. The float tank itself was like an oversized luxury hot tub. The super high ceilings and squeaky clean tile makes the whole experience feel classy and overly pampering. I very rarely get time for just myself and this was the perfect ambience to give me time without anyone asking anything of me so I could just relax. 1 million times better than any spa day, not complicated at all, and worth every little penny. If you lead a stressful busy life this is definitely a practice to consider.”

The Machine
The casino in your pocket
Your phone used to be a tool. Now it's a slot machine that steals attention. Scheduled rewards, endless feeds, and addictive apps keep you scrolling, which keeps your nervous system stuck in overdrive.
And it's taking its toll:
- Screen time: the average American loses 7+ hours per day to screens
- Habit loops: we check our phones every 5 minutes (186 times / day)
- Stress: 2 in 3 professionals report feeling burned out.
Another wellness app won't break the loop. But a calmer nervous system and a cleaner digital environment give you a real way out.
The Float Tank
Reset the system.
Rewire the environment.
Floating is a deep sigh for your nervous system. No notifications. No overstimulation. No Machine. Just a peaceful sanctuary for your body and brain to fully downshift.
Floating gives your system a weekly reset. The Digital Declutter changes the environment that keeps pulling you back into the scroll. Community and check-ins keep you moving after motivation fades.

1:1 Integration Call
Built out of necessity
I was captured by my phone.
Then I took back 5,000 hours.
I'm Christian, the founder of True North. A few years ago, my iPhone screen time was over 5 hours a day. YouTube and Instagram had me stressed, distracted, and captured by my phone.
But nobody was coming to save me. So I read a dozen books, trained with world-class guides, and ran about 100 experiments on my own phone. Those experiments (and plenty of floats) ultimately created Seeker.
Today my nervous system is regulated and my iPhone screen time averages about 90 minutes a day. I still have all the apps (email, social media, AI), but now they don't have me.
Here's what I won back from The Machine:
5 − 1.5 = 3.5 hours saved per day × 365 days × 4 years = 5,110 hours!
I've spent those hours reading, writing, hiking, rock climbing, building this business, and being present with my wife and my tribe. My only regret is that I didn't make the shift sooner.
One person's results. Yours depend on your starting screen time and if you're ready to do your own push-ups.

What guests say
“I surprised and celebrated my sweetheart for his birthday by scheduling a couple's float session. We were very impressed with the layout design and environment here. This was our first float experience and it was a relaxing and meditative experience. We both commented afterwards that as the time in the session passed, we noticed layers of thoughts peeling back and our minds sinking further and further away from the details and distractions of day-to-day life. It was an experience that aligned us in body, mind, heart and spirit. In this stillness, Peace emerged. We spent an additional hour sharing and just "being" in the Zen room. I recommend everyone try this at least once!”
“First time floater as of a few weeks ago, and I'm hooked! I've made it a weekly self care practice to unwind and decompress. My float experiences have all been so different but beneficial all in their own way. Mostly helped with my back and neck pain and overall better mood and outlook on life. This place is perfect for relaxing, meditating, contemplating and overall just getting back to center. The owners have really thought of everything! (also a sweet art gallery-with inspiring art all over this place!) stop in to check it out! I'm sure you'll love it too(:”
“Highly recommend! World-class experience! The amount of detail that has gone into the design of this space is amazing! From the quality and sound of the music in the relaxation room to the artwork, the floors in the shower room, the lighting in the float tanks, and the fact that you can turn off all sound and lights and float in complete silence and darkness. You have the option to have colored lights on or off while floating with the touch of a button. Took about 15 minutes to fully relax because I had never floated before, but it took no effort to float, was very relaxing, and an experience I would recommend to everyone.”
“Floating Perfection!
If you want to try out your first float or establish a regular routine (which I would!), this is the place. Having done floats in the past, I can wholeheartedly say that the True North Float team truly nailed the experience. From squeaky clean rooms, modern, spacious tanks, extremely friendly staff, to the tasteful interior design - I was satisfied the second I stepped into the place. The eye for details to make yours the best experience possible is remarkable.
I had the pleasure to float for 3h and experience a depth of relaxation I could hardly remember - tensions from many months left within minutes. My aches and pains were gone as I stepped out of the tank. - a somatic miracle.
The tank I used was so spacious, it fit my 6 3" frame with plenty of space to spare. I felt comfortable at all times and not once boxed in.
I hope to be back asap! Thank you!”
“First experience with float therapy. Definitely a good place for your first experience. Open float space (in case you're worried about feeling claustrophobic). Super friendly staff happy to answer questions and hear about your experience. Great tools accessible for pre entry and post treatment. Very unique and calming meditation room, with awesome tees and sports drinks.”
“I love the vibe of this place. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. After the first time I knew I wanted the membership option. Three months later i'm so happy that I did! The deepest meditative state I've ever experienced. Thank you TNF!!”
“There are no words to accurately portray how I felt after my time at true north. I did fire and ice and a 90 min float and it was absolutely incredible from the second I walked in to the second I left. Amber was amazing at answering my questions and showing me around. I can't wait to go back!”
“This place is better than most spas I have ever been to. The moment you walk into the doors you feel a sense of calm and peace. It smells wonderful and is a very relaxing environment. Before floating it is nice to sit and relax in the waiting room and have hot herbal tea. My first time floating was a couple months ago and I have decided to get a membership because of how wonderful of an experience it is. My wife and I also enjoy doing the fire and ice. I have recommended this place to several people and will continue to enjoy it.”
“I couldn't be more impressed with True North. From the art work to overall design & setup. Everything is very well thought out and the staff is very accommodating. I brought 2 friends along, none of us had every floated before. Not knowing what to expect, Christian was the perfect person to help us understand the benefits of sensory deprivation and how to get the most out of our experience. They really set the tone for a perfectly quiet & calm meditation in a modern and private environment. It's the perfect detour on your way to Zion from Vegas & only minutes off the highway. Thank you for such a memorable experience for my friends & I.”
“I was greeted by name and shown straight into my session room, where I enjoyed full privacy and peace. I was able to relax and just be, to let go of everything and belong to myself. And afterwards I had time to journal and return in the Zen room. It was perfect”
“My husband and I were passing thru Saint George and booked a wellness day together at True North. First of all it's a beautiful and clean space with incredible art! We loved the fire & ice experience trying a cold tub + cozy hot sauna back and forth. Then we did a couples float that truly relaxed our bodies and brains. What a wonderful place! I absolutely recommend a visit to True North for some relaxing tranquility while in southern Utah.”
“I was introduced to true north float end of November by some close friends, knowing I was seeking a form of therapy outside of the traditional. I've floated twice now (3rd this week) and I've done 3 fire/Ice sessions, plus the Wim hoff breathing experience retreat they hold. What I can say so far is that this has been one of the most life changing experiences for me. There is something to applaud about being released of the worlds stimulation, and having nothing but your deepest thoughts come to surface in absolute solitude/isolation. You will confront your most inner-self if you let yourself, and while it can be anxiety driven push through… the other side is bright. Now combine this with the absolute stillness and "in the present" awareness you get from extreme cold exposure, or purposefully forced necessary stress as I tell myself.. and you'll be experiencing a level of mental resiliency you just can't understand without taking this step. Everyone should go to true north float and try 2-3 sessions, you might as well invest in yourself. My deepest gratitude goes out to True North Float.”
“This place is THE PLACE! The ambiance has a stellar zen vibe and the services are unmatched. They have an open concept float room if you feel like you would be claustrophobic in a pod. The fire and ice sessions are magical for sore muscles and a host of other benefits. If you've been hearing about the hype, check it out. True North Float nailed it! Grateful to have this facility in St. George 🙏🏻”
“True North Float is great for those who are new or experienced at floating. I am truly impressed with the thought and dedication to floating put into the design of the space and I can say that I have never had a better experience than floating at True North. All of the staff are incredibly kind and willing to answer any questions. There is also a Fire and Ice room with a sauna and cold plunge. I highly recommend True North Float to anyone interested in floating and meditation in Southern Utah.”
“This has become my favorite way to relax and renew. I always leave feeling grounded and alive. The staff is always amazing and accommodating.”
“Awesome place if you're looking for a super professional, clean place to float or get one of the other great services that they provide. One of the owners greeted me and was super helpful in getting me familiar with the process and the different options that they have available. I would definitely recommend it if you are interested in exploring this type of practice.”
“A beautiful, transformative experience. I highly recommend the float to reach your inner child, and the fire+ice to feel invigorated. It gave me presence in this body and left me feeling deeply grateful. Thank you 🙏”
“True North Float staff were kind, knowledgeable and shared many wonderful insights. The float experience for myself was similar to a weightless, warm.yoga nidra. A beautiful space with many thoughtful amenities. Thank you-True North”
“Our first time floating, and it was awesome! The staff was welcoming and professional, the facilities were fun, eclectic, clean, snd modern. The experience as a whole was great and we will definitely be back for more.”
