Privacy Policy

True North Float ("we," "us") operates tnfloat.com and the studio at 1664 S Dixie Dr Suite D-103, St. George, UT 84770. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your email if you subscribe to our newsletter, and anything you send when you call or email us.
• Booking and purchases: handled by our booking provider, Zenoti, on its own website under its own privacy policy. We receive the details needed to serve you (such as your name, contact information, and purchases).
• Website usage: pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and approximate location, and how you arrived (for example, the ad or link you clicked). We collect this through Google Analytics and similar tools using cookies, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, page layout) to help us improve the site; it masks the text you type.
• Advertising: we use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. We store campaign details (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs) in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days. When you book or buy, Google and Meta may receive a hashed (scrambled, one-way encoded) version of your email or phone number so they can measure which ads led to a booking; they do not receive it in readable form.

How we use it

To provide and improve our services, measure which marketing works, send updates you asked for, and keep our site secure. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your protocol answers stay private

Our free D.E.L.E.T.E. Your Phone app (delete.tnfloat.com) keeps your protocol answers on your own device. It sends only anonymous progress events (for example, that a step was completed), never your answers.

Who we share with

Service providers who help us run the site and business (for example Zenoti, Google, Meta, and our hosting and email providers), and where required by law.
