What are your hours?
Wed–Fri: 3 PM – 10 PM; Sat–Sun: 10 AM – 10 PM; Mon–Tue: Closed. For live openings, check the booking page or call 435-922-4422.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations within 24 hours may be charged half the service price, and no-shows may be charged the full value.

Can I come in if I’m sick?
Please stay home if you are sick, contagious, feverish, or recently exposed to a contagious illness. Call us and we’ll help you reschedule.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept standard card payments through our booking and checkout systems. For specific payment questions, call us at (435) 922-4422.
Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
We are a wellness studio, not a medical clinic, so HSA/FSA coverage may depend on your provider and plan. Please check with your HSA/FSA administrator before purchasing.
Do you take insurance?
We do not currently position our services as insurance-billed medical treatment. If you have reimbursement questions, check with your insurance provider.
Are prices current on the website?
The booking page is the best place to see current pricing and availability. Promotions and packages can change.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards and packages that can be used for True North Float services. Check the online store or call us for help choosing the best gift.
