Gift Card Questions

How do I send a gift card?
Buy it online and choose the delivery date. We email it to them that morning (Christmas morning, for example). Want something to wrap? Pick up a physical card at the studio.
Can I turn an e-gift card into a physical card?
Yes. Call us at 435-922-4422 and we will transfer it for you.
They have never floated. Is that OK?
Absolutely. Many people who receive our gift cards are first-time floaters. We walk them through everything before their first session.
What if they are anxious or claustrophobic?
Our float suites are big and private, not tight pods, and they control the lights and sound. They can also leave the door slightly open or step out at any time.
Do they have to pick a date now?
No. They book whenever they are ready, online or by calling us.
What is the difference between a cash card and a service card?
A cash gift card holds a dollar amount they can use toward anything: sessions, packages and memberships. A service gift card is for one specific session, like a 90-minute float, and can only be used for that service.
Do gift cards expire?
Yes. Gift cards are good for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card?
Yes. You can buy gift cards with an HSA or FSA card.
