"The float tank is the most powerful tool I've ever used for developing my mind."

— Joe Rogan

At True North, we believe the float tank is more than a wellness tool. It’s a portal to presence, a mythic mirror of insight, and a sacred cocoon of transformation.

What Is Floating?

Floating—technically called Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy (REST)—involves effortlessly lying in 12 inches of body-temperature water saturated with over 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt. The result: a weightless, zero-distraction environment that removes light, sound, gravity, and sensory input—helping your body and mind enter a deeply restorative state.

Your float is shaped by your intention. Here are the three ways we guide the experience:

Float Spa: Heal

Release stress. Relieve tension. Reboot your nervous system.
Use floating as a restorative wellness practice—shown to reduce anxiety, ease chronic pain, improve sleep, and calm inflammation. Let your body truly rest.

Float Portal: Discover

Go deeper. Tune in. Turn inward.
Use floating as a gateway to self-discovery, where distractions fall away and the psyche reveals itself. Great for meditation, integration, creativity, and exploring altered states of consciousness.

Float Cocoon: Transform

Take refuge in ritual. Find your True North, again and again.
Use floating as an evolutionary practice—a cocoon to foster your transformation. Regular floats can become a soul-aligned rhythm for reflection, clarity, and personal growth.

Whether you're here to heal, discover, or transform, floating is a tool to help you remember who you are beneath all the noise, stories, and conditioning.

Step into the silence. See what emerges.
