Gua sha is a form of massage that uses a tool to scrape the skin, promoting circulation and reducing inflammation, tension, and pain in the body.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique used on your skull and spine to promote pain relief by decreasing tension.

In 2014, I went to NVSMT to become a licensed massage therapist and discovered that I have an intuitive gift for listening to the body through touch.

I’ve explored a variety of modalities throughout my career, including myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, reflexology.

In 2020, I started studying Evolutionary Astrology and have developed a deep passion for the ancient archetypal language of the soul, which opened my eyes to my Self on a whole new level.
