A sauna and cold plunge for upgrading the body, hardening the mind, and becoming superhuman.

What Is Fire & Ice?

Contrast therapy is a natural medicine for mind and body.

Fire & Ice is a cold plunge (40- 50 degrees) and a cedar sauna (up to 190 degrees) in a private suite, including showers and a changing area.

Now, you can experience both the benefits of cold exposure and the benefits of sauna together. Are you ready to level up and feel superhuman?

Pro Tips

Here is our recommended protocol:

  1. Bring a Friend: Plunge parties are the best, especially when new to the practice.
  2. Breathe Before: We recommend doing 3 rounds of Wim Hof breathing to prime you for an epic session.
  3. Sauna First: 15 minutes is a good goal to shoot for. Use box breathing to stay calm and centered.
  4. Rinse & Plunge: Take a cold shower to rinse off any sweat. Ensure you aren’t lightheaded or dizzy when you enter the plunge. 2-3 minutes is an excellent goal to shoot for. Breathe slowly with exhales lasting twice as long as inhales to stay calm and centered.
  5. Energizing Breathe + Horse Posture: Exit the cold plunge, drop into horse stance, and breathe deeply for a few minutes to manually heat up instead of heading straight into the sauna.
  6. Second Sauna: Another 15 minutes with box breathing.
  7. Rinse & Final Plunge: Cold shower followed by a 2-3 minute cold plunge. Exhale twice as long as you inhale and breathe beyond the mind.
  8. Float: Floating after a Fire & Ice session is pure magic.
  9. Repeat: Aim for 1-2 sessions per week for optimal results.
