What Is Fire & Ice?
Contrast therapy is a natural medicine for mind and body.
Fire & Ice is a cold plunge (45- 50 degrees) and a cedar sauna (up to 180-190 degrees) in a private suite, including showers and a changing area.
Experience the benefits of contrast therapy. Are you ready to level up and feel superhuman?

Pro Tips
Here is our recommended protocol:
- Bring a Friend: Plunge parties are the best, especially when new to the practice.
- Breathe Before: We recommend doing 3 rounds of Wim Hof breathing to prime you for an epic session.
- Sauna First: 15 minutes is a good goal to shoot for. Use box breathing to stay calm and centered.
- Rinse & Plunge: Take a cold shower to rinse off any sweat. Ensure you aren’t lightheaded or dizzy when you enter the plunge. 2-3 minutes is an excellent goal to shoot for. Breathe slowly with exhales lasting twice as long as inhales to stay calm and centered.
- Energizing Breathe + Horse Posture: Exit the cold plunge, drop into horse stance, and breathe deeply for a few minutes to manually heat up instead of heading straight into the sauna.
- Second Sauna: Another 15 minutes with box breathing.
- Rinse & Final Plunge: Cold shower followed by a 2-3 minute cold plunge. Exhale twice as long as you inhale and breathe beyond the mind.
- Float: Floating after a Fire & Ice session is pure magic.
- Repeat: Aim for 1-2 sessions per week for optimal results.
